I have been passionate about light since the earliest days of my life.  My first camera was a Kodak Brownie and the excitement of opening that envelope of prints  from the film processor is still with me.  But it takes the form of downloading my digital images and reviewing them on my computer.  The excitement is still there.

The magic of early morning light warming a scene.  The magic of the colors the sky and earth take on as the sun sets.  The unexpected light even in the night or from the Milky Way.  Every day, every scene is different. 

The planet is populated by millions of animals that have managed to make a life in anything from the frozen Antarctica to the deserts of the American Southwest.  Just watching them is an exciting  and capturing a moment in their lives with an image is a privilege. 

I am not a professional but I am presenting these images in the hope that in viewing them I can share some of the excitement I felt when capturing them. They have been captured over the 20 plus years. Some are high quality images, some are from 6 mg cameras, and some are from an Iphone.
